Requirements
- Possess a minimum 8 years’ practical experience in handbags merchandising;
- Strong knowledge of materials; PU / PVC / Nylon / Polyester
- Must be knowledgeable in construction of Handbags / Totes / Cosmetic Bags.
- Proven experience in handling production of items;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent command of written and spoken English;
- Possess strong leadership, managerial skills and fast in problem solving solutions;
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve day to day problems;
- Implement company policies / procedures ;
- Monitor the operation in Merchandising / Production activities :
- Set up plans / programs for the company to increase production ;
- Develop solid relationships with factories ;
- Facilitate daily communication externally and internally ;
