The Hardware Development Engineer is responsible for all non-filter-element-related development activities.

Responsibilities

· Assist in development project assessments
· Execute design and development activities in accordance with project plan
· Define and execute all required laboratory or field testing
· Work closely with filtration element development engineer to define characteristics of element
· Control project costs and schedule
· Maintain intimate knowledge of market and competitors
· Attend conferences and present papers to enhance Feature-Tec's market exposure


Experience

· Five years in similar position in mechanical or process industries
· Three years in similar position in a filtration-related company or organization


Education

BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
MS desirable


Language Skills

English Level 6


Computer Skills

Microsoft Word

AutoCAD

Other Requirements

· Clear curiosity and innovative drive
· Proven eye for detail
· Occasional domestic and foreign travel in support of project tasks
