The Pre-Sales Technical Support Supervisor is responsible for managing technical support group and all technical aspects necessary to support sales

Responsibilities

· Supervise all technical support functions

· Maintain list of active quotations and assure completion

· Read and understand customer requirements and specifications through document review

· Develop FT specifications which satisfy customers' expectations

· Prepare drawings and other documentation necessary to support sales requirements

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals

· Make presentations in FT or at customer facility in support of sales activities

· Identify technology development needs and assist product development personnel in project definitions

Experience

Three years technical experience in filtration industry

Five years (total) in similar industries

Education

BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
MS desirable

Language Skills

Fully bilingual in English
Mastery of written English

Computer Skills

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft Project

Other Requirements

· Excellent personal communication skills, both written and oral

· Proven experience in coordinating technical staff

· Proven eye for detail

· Occasional domestic and foreign travel in support of project tasks
