Responsibilities:
1.Responsible to organize the work of the team under the leadership of Dept. Manager; push team members to finish their jobs. Help to create a good work environment; coordinate the relations between higher and lower, internal and external.
2.Study out efficient workflow and Job Description for the team; ensure business work smoothly during operation.
3. Negotiate the ETD, the price and other payment term with each supplier for each order; ensure the purchasing in China is competitive in all respects.
4.Well understand customer's requirement, ensure all goods could achieve the customer's standard; accomplish the tasks within the allotted time.
5. Follow up orders with suppliers, solve detail problems independently and discuss outstanding problems; keep good relationship with suppliers.
6. Service our customers through our sales team and head office to ensure satisfaction.
7. Responsible for sample development and sourcing; reduce production cost for our company; ensure the orders delivery timely in each quarter.
8. Cooperate with other departments to finish relevant jobs.
9. Finish other jobs assigned by superior.
