Respnsibilities:
1. Conduct pre-audits on potential suppliers to determine compliance with Venture Process Management System policies and guidelines.
2. Conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and discuss quality and technical issues to support suppliers on quality improvements
3. Deal with suppliers' quality issues at IQC and production line. Work closely with other department to avoid line down issues which related to the supplier quality.
4. Work according to Venture philosophy - Team Work, Continuous Improvement, etc.
5. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct superior
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
1. University graduate in (Mechanical or Electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 3 years of experience in quality roles in an industrial environment
3. Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license
4. Familiar with quality analysis tools, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.
5. Proficient in English
6. Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications
7. Strong responsibility to resolve cases
