岗位名称：Customer Service Assistant
工作地点：上海，卢湾区斜土路

岗位职责：
1、负责将资料输入系统、协调国内外关联公司及客户的出货 ,相关单证制作；
2、与仓库沟通和协调出货安排
3、与客服和货代协调安排船运，空运和快递

Sales Administrator

- Input data at system & document filing

- Prepare delivery documents and inform warehouse for delivery arrangement

- Coordination between Customer Service & forwarder for shipment arrangement

Candidate Requirements :

1. Female, good personality, careful and responsible character

2. Able to work in high pressure environment

3. Able to understand English,

4. Good communication skills, interact effectively with all level of people
