Responsibility:

岗位职责:

· Storage Management System & Material Flow Control system Commissioning

实施仓储存储管理系统以及物流控制系统项目

· Provide SW/HW remote/onsite service to customer

为客户方提供软件及硬件方面的远程或驻厂服务

· Support sales team for SW/HW technical questions

协助销售团队处理软件或硬件方面的技术问题

· System debug

系统故障排除

· Improve the performance of system

优化系统

· Build customer relationship through professional service

通过专业服务与客户建立良好的关系

· Provide professional training to the customer

为客户提供专业的培训

· Urgent IT service

提供系统方面紧急服务

Qualifications:

岗位要求：

· Database Knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server

有数据库使用经验：Oracle, SQL Server

· Network Maintenance

有网络维护经验

· Programming Language: C#

使用C#编程语言

· Customer Communication capability

良好的客户沟通能力

· English Communication capability

良好的英语阅读及沟通能力

· Team work spirit

有团队协作精神

· based at Shanghai, around 50% or above frequent travel required
