职位职能: 客服 电子商务专员
职位描述:

工作职责：
1、在线客服及导购，通过在线聊天工具（旺旺、QQ等）与客户沟通，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作；
2、处理淘宝网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理，到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作；
3、定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售；
4、了解客户服务需求信息，进行有效跟踪，具有一定的客户服务意识，较强的亲和力、应变能力和网络沟通能力，回答客户对商品的售前问题，有效的与客户沟通；引导用户在网上顺利的购买，促成交易愉快成功。
5、了解淘宝相关规则，有淘宝客服经验者优先。


任职要求：
1、有淘宝，拍拍，京东，当当等网店客服1年以上工作经验。
2、中文打字速度每分钟60个字以上，能熟练运用office软件以及网络等办公工具，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3、条理清晰，思维敏捷，可同时应对多位客户咨询，沟通、协调能力强者优先；
4、工作认真踏实，待人热情、礼貌，有良好的服务意识（有服务业经验者可优先考虑）；有网络营销经验者优先；
5、具备良好的客户服务意识、良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力、团队合作精神，做事积极主动，乐观向上。
