Job Summary
Scheduling Support – Assistant will be responsible for executing the data entry and maintenance tasks required by local supply demand team; provide reports as required from Scheduling system, etc to support scheduling lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Completion of the entry of following categories of data into Scheduling as required:
- Create/update demand data
- Employee calendar booking
- Employee calendar update
- Scheduling reporting
- Other resources management related processes
Relationships
- Reports to: HR Scheduling Support
- Supervises: N/A
- External Relationships: Local HR and project contacts
Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
- Work Experience: 1+ Years related work experience
- Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based in AEE
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Basic understanding of Accenture’s organizational structure
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Basic understanding of scheduling process
- Strong ability to read, understand and execute directions which will be provided in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and teaming skills
