Job Summary


Scheduling Support – Assistant will be responsible for executing the data entry and maintenance tasks required by local supply demand team; provide reports as required from Scheduling system, etc to support scheduling lifecycle processes.


Key Responsibilities


Completion of the entry of following categories of data into Scheduling as required:


  • Create/update demand data
  • Employee calendar booking
  • Employee calendar update
  • Scheduling reporting
  • Other resources management related processes

Relationships


  • Reports to: HR Scheduling Support

  • Supervises: N/A
  • External Relationships: Local HR and project contacts
Qualifications


  • Education: Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Work Experience: 1+ Years related work experience
  • Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based in AEE

Knowledge and Skill Requirements


  • Basic understanding of Accenture’s organizational structure
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Basic understanding of scheduling process

  • Strong ability to read, understand and execute directions which will be provided in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and teaming skills
