职位描述
Key Responsibility:
1) Coordinate with Japan Level 3 teams in Japanese
2) Coordinate with 3rd party vendor like Cisco, IBM, and Microsoft in Japan
3) Coordinate with Client Japan application teams, business teams in Japanese in case of major downtime
4) Participate in CAB committee meetings (change committee)
5) Translate documents from Japanese to English
6) Work on tools available in Japanese like Remedy ticketing tool, SAP GUI, Hitachi Japan - in Japanese version
7) Provide L1 or more support for Japanese Windows Operating System
8) Coordinate with India delivery center in English in case of critical outages, P1 problems related to any domain like - storage/backup, network, database, security, middleware, SAP etc to get problem resolved
9) Provide any service /SLA report required in Japanese language
10) Update knowledge base in Japanese
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree
2) 3 years and above working experience
3) Fluent in Japanese, JLPT1 and above preferred
4) Good in English, CET6 and above preferred
