Summary of the Role
Painter(TCF) is responsible for repairing the vehicles which be collided or scratched , and ensure make them qualified products .Support section activities in the lean team . 为使碰撞、凸、凹划伤及车身表面油漆有问题的车辆返修成为合格产品，在以精益小组为基础的氛围内支持工段活动。

Main responsibilities
· Ensure the implementation of the relevant occupational health and safety regulations , 确保公司有关健康和安全等规章制度、政策在本辖区的贯彻。
· Implement the Lean manufacturing principles , strictly follow up the process , park the paint products to the designated parking areas after repairing . 贯彻精益生产原则，严格按工艺流程作业，补漆完毕的产品车开至指定停车区域停放。
· Implement the Quality Concept "Quality in manufacturing not in detection "贯彻“质量是制造出来的”质量理念，做好岗位“5S”工作。
· Implement and complete the work index through the PDCA system . 通过PDCA体系，实施和完成工段、班组业务计划指标。
· Learn the related knowledge and skills , obtain the staff development requirements . 不断学习、培训各项知识和技能，达到员工发展要求。
· Participate in the daily administration . 参与班组的日常管理工作。
· Work with other administrative staff harmoniously为确保平滑、和谐的运作而与班长及其他管理人员一起工作。

Academic Qualifications Required
· Technical school education or above中技或职高.
· Majored in Painting or other related . 油漆或先关专业.
Experience Required
· 2 years or above working experience in painting 2年或以上的喷漆操作经验
Competencies
· Good knowledge about automobile painting and related chemicals良好的汽车油漆方面知识及相关化学品使用常识。
· Familiar with the skills of painting and mixing非常熟练的喷漆及上灰、调漆、配漆技能。
· With a good ability of analyzing and solving problem良好的问题分析判断及解决能力。
· Familiar with the spray gun and have a good knowledge about repairing熟悉常用的喷枪维护及喷枪修理。
· Basic knowledge about fire operation基本的消防操作技能.
