Job Description:
Reporting to the Chengdu Plant HR Director, you will be in a leading role to establish and maintain a positive and engaged working environment, act as a liaison between Legal Compliance and HR practices to ensure employment activities in line with China Labor Law and other related regulations.
You also will be responsible for all practice for C&B policy and programs for Chengdu Plant, and support other C&B related projects within China.
Responsibility:
Labor Law/Employee Relationship:
-Responsible for handling employee relationship issues: labor dispute, work related injury etc. especially the urgencies, responsible for the labor arbitration and other legal cases.
-Resolve personnel issues, work with labor union and EHS to handle labor dispute, conflict that come up.
-Provide consultancy to associates or managers regarding questions related company policy, labor law and performance problem.
-Develop and explain standardized employment contracts, employee manual, code of business conduct, disciplinary regulation, and ensure the implementation.
-Company culture advocating;
C&B:
-Responsible for Compensation and Benefits practice function including handling C&B cost report and budget, and etc.
-Propose and administer effective salary management process based on thorough analysis of compensation trends and labor movement in the market
-Implement benefit related projects and provide support in designing, analyzing, reviewing and implementing compensation and benefit programs in Chengdu plant.
Others:
-Assist any other HR-related programs & activities whenever necessary
-Communicate overall HR services and policies into BU
-Together with management team, initiate and drive HR Customer Projects.
-Advise and facilitate BU line Management by fostering effective communication, methods, tools, processes and policies in the following key HR focus areas: Labour Affairs, Compensation & Benefits.
PreRequistes::
-Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Humanlist, or related field.
-8+ years working experience in HR function, 5 years focued on Labor Law/ER, automobile field is preferred. Hands-on experiences in dealing with labor related arbitrition or legal cases is a MUST.
-Proficient knowledge of China labor law and regulations.
-Strong knowledge of Compansation & Benefit
-Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to build partnerships with departments/line manager.
-Well organized, structured approach for problem solving with carefulness, fairness & integrity mind set.
-Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal and external groups.
-High level of understanding of all HR processes and policies.
-Knowledge and experience of recognized coaching tools
-Fluent in English, oral and written.
-Experience from working in an international environment, where applicable.
-Ability to run change management processes.
Level of competence according to HR CMF (VCC generic competencies & HR functional competencies
