1. General Job information
Job title : Account Manager
Business Group / Business Unit /
Service Unit : ICD team, Dyneema DSM 高性能纤维
Department : Sales and Marketing
2. Position in the organization
Reports to : Sales&Marketing Director
3. Purpose of the job
? Grow Trevo business with customer and exiting application in China and eventually globally.
? Create, improve and maintain customer loyalty.
? Compete with local competitors aggressively with added value service and customer partnership.
? Identify new opportunity with Trevo new application and develop to real business cooperate with ADTS and marketing.
? Generate revenue and profit with customers, distributors and end users.
? Brand Trevo with stakeholders externally in routine job.
? Understand the competition and market development and feedback to marketing team and the whole S&M organization.

? Customer understanding by entirely customer mapping
? Competition understanding
? Generate business with right application for right industry
? Planning and execution
? Reporting and feedback.
5. Job Content:
1. Set up yearly business target and agreed with sales director
2. Create and execute account plan
3. Visit existing and potential customer/end user, build up reliable relations and understand customer and customer need
4. Offer product and solution cooperate with ADTS align with marketing strategy.
5. Get contract and implemented.
6. Support to handle customer complain
7. Host customer based discussion among sales, marketing and ADTS.
8. Regular report of customer and industry based information and share other business intelligence information, such as competition, industry economics and etc.
9. Update sales forecasting regularly
10. Control AR

7. Complexity of the job
? Fully understanding to product and application
? Well communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholder including ADTS and marketing and etc.
? Manage direct customer and end user, sometime distributor as well.
? Capable to build up dialogue and relations with different level people and functions and conduct multiple level customer visits.
? Support customer service and logistic issue. ?
8. Knowledge and educational level
? Must have at least a BS in chemical engineering, machinery, textile, ship manufacture, container and shipment, offshore oil engineering, fishing and etc..
? A candidate with sales training is preferable.
? English reading/writing is required and listening/speaking is preferred.
9. Required level of experiences
? Three to five years sales experience.
? Working experience in a/m industry is preferred.
? Business sense to identify target and result driven.
? Communication and presentation skill is preferred.
? Flexibility to frequent travel.
? Experience in fibre application industry is preferable.
? Analysis and reporting skill using excel and PPT is preferred.?
