Manufacturing stamping department belongs to the Manufacturing engineering department, and are responsible for all new stamping dies that will be produced within the Volvo plants in China. The department is also responsible to develop new stamping processes, follow up new stamping dies at suppliers, quality assure all stamping equipment and to act as a support for Product development and Purchase department.
Stamping department is also responsible for the total budget and timing within the stamping area.
The team includes Stamping process engineers and Equipment engineers and are reporting to the
"ME line/program manager stamping".
冲压制造部隶属制造部，负责中国区沃尔沃工厂新冲压模具的制作。本部门同样负责开发新冲压工艺，就新冲压模具对供应商进行跟踪，对冲压设备的质量保证，并向产品研发和采购部门提供支持。冲压部门还负责冲压总预算及时间控制。
团队包括冲压工艺工程师及设备工程师，向冲压ME直线/项目经理汇报。
Task and assignment:职务
As "Process engineer stamping dies" you will report to "ME line/program manager stamping" in Chengdu plant, and be working very close to product development, purchase department and other areas within the Volvo cars organization. You will develop new stamping dies and processes, implement, introduce and maintain high quality of stamping dies, effective and standardized stamping dies according to targets. Review drawings and forming simulations. Follow up new stamping dies at tool suppliers according to time, cost and quality.
You will also be responsible for the budget for the stamping dies and make sure that the supplier deliver according to contract. You will be responsible for buyoff and homeline tryout in Volvo stamping shop. And responsible for that the parts meet the specifications.
Meetings and reports will be held in English, therefore good English will be seen as an advantage for the applicants.
“冲压模具工艺工程师”，向成都工厂“冲压ME直线/项目经理”汇报，并与沃尔沃汽车机构内生产研发、采购部门及其它领域紧密联系。该职务将负责开发新冲压模具及工艺，根据目标实现、引进并维护高质量、高效、标准化的冲压模具。审核图纸、成型模拟。对新模具的时间、成本、质量对供应商进行跟踪。
同样负责冲压模具预算，确保供应商按照合同交付。并负责沃尔沃冲压车间内验收及厂内试车，以及确保部件符合规范。
Main assignment consist of: 主要职责包括：
-Develop new stamping processes (Drawings are made CATIA V5)

-Review forming simulations and processes
-审核成型模拟及工艺
-Follow up tool suppliers according to quality, time and cost
-根据质量、时间及成本跟踪模具供应商
-Implement changes in stamping dies
-执行冲压模具变更
-Answer and support "product development department" in stamping feasibility issues
-为“产品研发部门”答复、支持相关冲压可行性事宜
-Pre- buyoff at suppliers site
-供应商处预验收
-Responsible for home line tryout in Volvo stamping shop
-负责沃尔沃冲压车间厂内试车
-Quality assure stamping dies and stamped parts
-冲压模具及部件的质量保证
-Plan and organize the daily work
-日常工作计划及组织
-Report to line/program manager stamping

-University graduate 大学毕业

-High technical knowledge about stamping process and stamping dies
-精通冲压工艺及冲压模具技术知识
-Practical and theoretical knowledge about the stamping process development process
-具有冲压工艺开发过程的实际及理论知识
-Experience from different phases in stamping process (simulation, die design, tryout)
-具备冲压流程（模拟、模具设计、研配）不同阶段的经验
-Practical experience from stamping production and maintenance
-冲压生产及维护相关实际经验
-CATIA V5
-Ability to co-operate

-Good English
-良好的英语水平
-AUTOFORM, Unigraphics and AutoCad experience will be seen as an advantage
