Support WBCP communications in coordinating various promotion activities in details:

- Organize and implement WBCP promotion events, coordinating with its members for related activities.

- Support for organizing the platform conference, prepare and coordinate related issues

- Prepare for and collect related info on WB info pack

- Coordinate and communicate with related associations

- Manage relationship with government body and end users

- Manage Media Relationship

- Maintain WBCP website, input and update regularly, links to technical BBS

- All WBCP related works


Projects / Special Assignments 项目 / 特殊任务

As secretary of WBCP (Waterborne China Platform) project, coordinating with members on WBCP program

Coordinating with different member companies and vendors


Knowledge：

-Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

-Good verbal and written English skills and good interpersonal skills.


Education Level：

-CET-6; Bachelor's degree


Required Levels of Experiences 所需的工作经验

1, good interpersonal and communication skill, both talk way and paper-work, has experience in writing feature articles / Press release/newsletter...

2, at least has 1-2 years marketing or communication work experience, has rich experience covering all kinds of events, conference organization, implementation, follow-up reviewing...

3, has good people networking skill, familiar with medias will be better.

4, highly motivated, self-driven, with self-confidence to take and defend a program.

5, interest in and affinity with the coating industrial business will be preferred.
