Summary of the Role
According to the workshop production plan, responsible for organizing the assembly production.
负责班组的日常生产工作，并根据车间生产计划组织生产。

Main responsibilities
· Responsible for making the work plan of team, and finish the various target issued by workshop.
负责制定班组的工作计划并完成车间下达的各项指标；
· Responsible for the team work normal production, and finish the task on duty.
负责组织班组工作正常运转，完成当班生产任务；
· Can use OIS,WES in production
掌握OIS和WES，并根据OIS和WES来生产
· Responsible for the team member production and ensure parts quality, according to quality control procedure.
负责班组工作成员按照车间质量控制流程进行生产，保证产品质量；
· Enforce safety management, build team member's safety consciousness, and ensure the safety operation in daily production process.
加强安全管理，建立班组成员的安全意识，确保日常生产过程中的安全操作；
· Responsible for own zone 5S implementation and maintenance.
负责本区域的现场5S的执行和保持；
· Organize the training work of team, and constantly improve the skills and qualities.
组织开展班组的培训工作，不断提高班组成员的技能和素质；
· Strictly implement and ensure the company policies.
严格执行公司规章制度，并确保各项制度在班组内得到落实；
· Organize to complete the statistics of various original records in production process and the save it well, to ensure the accuracy and traceability
组织做好生产中各种原始记录的统计与保管工作，确保准确性和可追溯性；

Academic Qualifications Required
Technical middle degree or above
中专以上学历

Experience Required
2 years or above working experience in painting
2年或以上的油漆操作经验

Competencies
·Good knowledge about automobile painting and related chemicals。
良好的汽车油漆方面知识及相关化学品使用常识
·With a good ability of analyzing and solving problem。
良好的问题分析判断及解决能力
·Familiar with the spray gun and have a good knowledge about repairing。
熟悉常用的喷枪维护及喷枪修理
·Basic knowledge about fire operation
基本的消防操作技能
·Honest, good team cooperation ability
为人正直，良好的团队合作能力
·Good professional ethics and study ability, strong sense of responsibility and coordination & instruction ability.
好的敬业精神和学习能力， 较强的工作责任感及组织能力、指导能力；
·Having basic knowledge of English.
具备基本的英语知识；
·Can use Excel and PPT
能够使用计算机Excel、PPT软件
