Summary of the Role
Responsible for coordinating and coaching a team of operators in their operative work towards wax team targets, and he/she acts upon ANDON calls, does first site analyses and repair.
负责协调、指导操作员工达成注蜡生产目标，通过暗灯系统能在第一现场做出分析和报告。

Main responsibilities
Secures the Volvo Cars Manufacturing System VCMS way of working, leads the Wax team in continuous improvement.
严格按照VCMS系统推进注蜡工作，做好持续改进。
Secures the OIS and WES in Wax operating.
严格按照OIS和WES执行注蜡操作。
Reach the Wax management goals of Q\C\D\I\S\M\E in daily work.
日常工作中达成注蜡Q\C\D\I\S\M\E领域管理目标
Check the Wax preparation before production.
做好注蜡生产前准备确认工作
Check and judge the quality status of Wax in production
在生产过程中检查和判断注蜡的质量状态
Helps the Wax process engineer and supervisor in organising his workstations in the best possible way for optimal safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.
协助注蜡工艺工程师和主管合理优化作业岗位，达成安全、品质、成本及生产等目标
Good management of 5S in Wax production
做好注蜡线的5S管理工作
Be able to assess the severity of Wax defects according to the quality guidelines & standards. coordinate to solve the defects.
能够根据质量标准评价注蜡的不良，协调解决不良问题
Complete other assigned work in time
及时完成其它各项工作
Academic Qualifications Required
Above secondary vocation and technical education degree.
中专及以上学历
Major in Chemical, excellent person can relax the major requirement.
化工专业优先，优秀者专业可以适当放宽。

Experience Required
· 1-2 years working experience in Wax
1-2年注蜡工作经验
Have knowledge of wax and protection
具有一定的注蜡和贴膜知识
Competencies
Need good critical and analytic ability
具有良好的判断和分析能力
Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel, word, powerpoint.
具备Excel, word, powerpoint.常用办公软件基本知识
Good communication skill.
