Summary of the Role
Car Debugging Team Leader is responsible for administrating the team and the five index of your team (security , development , quality , reaction , cost) . Corporate and support all kinds of activities under the Lean principles . Ensure complete the production tasks with a good quality.负责生产班组的管理工作，对生产班组的安全，员工发展，质量、响应、成本五项指标的达到负责；在以精益原则为基础的氛围内配合和支持工段各项活动；保证质量的完成公司下达的生产任务。

Main responsibilities
？Can use OIS,WES in press line in production掌握OIS和WES，并根据OIS和WES来操作压机生产线
？Complete production plan in time及时完成冲压零部件生产计划
？Deal with press line stop and get high production efficiency 及时处理并汇报设备停线问题，提高设备的使用效率
？Find out potential problems about safety,quality ,cost ,delivery ,morale, environment etc. and provide TPM improvement.及时发现生产区域的安全、质量、成本、交付、士气、环境等潜在问题，提出TPM改善方案。
？Change die and other relative equipments in production.在生产前后更换模具及附属设备
？Prepare all equipments and other things before production ,include try out press and equipments. 在生产前作好生产准备工作，包括各类设备调试工作
？Check and judge stamping part quality in production, include out skin part's surface quality.在生产过程中检查和判 断冲压件质量，包括几何及表面质量
？Package pars in racks correctly.对生产件正确装箱
？Rework deviation stamping parts , ensure all rework parts are 100% qualified.对有缺陷零件进行反修达到合格状态，保证返修后的零件100%合格
？ Do daily cleaning and checking press line and 5S work in production area.对生产线日常清洁及检查等5S工作
？Complete other assigned work in time及时完成安排的其它工作

Academic Qualifications Required
Have basic mechanical ,electrical technical knowledge 具备基本的机械，机电原理知识；
Above College,with 2 years working experience具有大专或以上学历，2年工作经验；

Experience Required
？Get press line operation and relative safety education需获得冲压生产线操作及相关安全培训
？Get changing die and relative safety education需取得模具更换操作及相关安全培训
？Get checking stamping part quality and rework and relative safety education需取得制件质量检查及反修操作及相关安全培训
？ Get other position education and pass examination , have competence to do the work需取得一专多能相关岗位的培训，并通过测试，达到该岗位的任职要求.

Competencies
？Qualified for the standardization of all jobs in the group operation , can instruct and train the team members能胜任组内所有岗位的标准化操作，并能培训和指导组员。
？Can draw up the SOS operation sheet , and instruct subordinates能编制SOS操作单，并能指导员工。
？Have certain ability in organization and coordination , with a good communication skills有一定的组织协调能力和沟通能力。
？Master of the commonly used quality , problem solving , PDCA , improve etc GMS management tools掌握常用的质量、问题解决、PDCA、现场改善等GMS管理工具.
？ Master automobile assembly and adjustment knowledge and basic computer skills熟练掌握汽车装调知识和基本的计算机操作技能。
