Our client is a famous US owned enterprise in Jinan.
Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Principle Responsibilities
·Cooperate with the departments to conduct effective interviews and make the hiring-decisions, and handle offer letters for all job openings.
·Conduct exit interviews with employees to gather valuable information and deliver it to the management efficiently and properly.
·Assist in developing and maintaining the recruiting channels and lead/participate in various recruiting projects/activities to meet the hiring demands and promote the RSP brand in the talent markets.
·Perform relative complex HR operations, including employment procedures, HRIS operations, employee activities and benefits, etc.
·Generate and analyze relevant recruiting and attrition reports timely and provide analysis suggestions to help the department make appropriate decisions. Provide training to team new hires and other team members.
Qualifications
·Minimum 3 years HR experience, including 2 years staffing & recruiting related experience
·Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
·Strong communication and presentation skills.
·Strong organization and coordination ability.
·Problem-solving skills.
·Good time management skill and well organized.
