position: CCD Manager(Computers and Communications Division)
Key responsibilities:
1. Client and project Transition Management support in line with the adopted Project Management and Transitioning methodology
2. Delivering all aspect of client solutions to existing & new Clients to meet the business and technology requirements.
3. Ensure timely delivery of various client deliverables including technical solution, project plan development and execution for meeting the time lines
4. Managing Clients Technology Service Level Agreements, identification / documentation and follow-up of the Priorities/Severity Levels
5. Ensure maximum availability of IT infrastructure
6. Internal and external Stakeholder management
7. Develop and sustenance of IT governance internally and with the client counterparts
8. Ability to provide & co-ordinate with various functions to prepare technology solutions, reports with client sensitivity in focus
9. Participate and contribute to functional and cross functional goals
10. Knowledge Management, Quality, Resource Management ,Customer Satisfaction Surveys & Building and Managing Customer Relationships
11. Enforce Technology policies/procedures as well as generate requested or required reports for customers and management.
12. Lead and motivate a team of engineers/managers for achieving the functional and organizations objectives; play a pivotal role in creating positive environment with in the group, motivate team members to deliver in time and meet quality requirements.
Key requirements:
1. Graduate preferably with B.E / MCA / BTECH ,candidates with PMP / MCSE/CCNA certification preferred.
2. 8 years+ relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of latest technologies (Routing, switching, WAN/Network Protocols, ATM, Voice Networks , computing)
4. Understandings of contact center deployment and management from an IT and organsiation perspective
5. Sound knowledge of MS Excel MS Project , Visio , Power Point
6. Technically sound; Experience / Exposure, hands-on Exposure to Technology elements typically deployed in a BPO/ Service provider organizations – Networking-Switches, Routers, Firewalls; Telecom – WAN links, MPLS, Internet, VPNS, Voice elements – PBX, ACDs, Voice recorders, Protocols, standards, interoperability, Servers, Windows Server Administration.
7. Security management ; Certifications /Exposure in an quality systems – ISO9001. 27001, ISO 20000, ESCM, etc. and sustenance
8. Due weightage to Project Management / ITIL certifications would be given
9. Problem Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
10.Should have demonstrated leadership qualities to lead a team of engineers and managers to drive performance and excellence besides team development.
11.Should have Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarine and English.
12.Should have handled Technology Operations / Transitions in a large reputed organizations spanning multiple geographies
13.Timeliness, quality of presentation skills, documentation skills
