职位描述：
1. 通过电话形式为客户提供咨询问题的解答以及投诉的处理，通过外呼形式做市场问卷及回访等。
Handle customers enquiries and complaints by telephone, make outgoing calls of marketing activity and satisfication survey.

专业经验：
1. 具有客户服务以及投诉处理经验优先
With customer service and complainet handling experience is preferred

学历：
1. 高中以上
High school or above

工作相关技能和所需特质：
1. 普通话标准， 沟通能力强，具有亲和力，反应灵活，思路清晰
2. 具有团队合作精神， 能适应较大工作压力
3. 熟练使用办公软件，打字速度40字/分钟以上

1. Standard Mandarin, fluent oral english, stong communication skills
2. With team spirit, able to adapt to work under pressure,skilled use office softward, typing speed of 40 words/min or above
