Job Description:
- Perform role of Test Engineering Liaison by working with all R&D teams for all the product lines in Tellabs , for the Ops TE development teams located worldwide.
- Design and Development of manufacturing test solutions for all Tellabs products both designed within and outside of China.
- Understanding of DFT, ICT and Boundary Scan for upstream manufacturing test process. Experienced in the development of BSCAN test SW.
- Design and development of complete Functional Test and System Test solutions based on product test specifications.
- Design and development of test HW and SW, HW/SW integration, test solution validation.
- Deployment of test solutions to EMS and R&R locations.
- Training for EMS and R&R technical staff and Tellabs Test Engineers at EMS locations.
- Provide tester and product diagnostic support for Tellabs Test Engineers at EMS
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience developing test solutions for Telecom products.
- Experience in R&D is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio.net, C#.net, C, C++, Test Stand, Lab Windows/CVI.
- Experience with GPIB, USB and serial port controlled high speed data and optical instrumentation.
- Experience with test development for telecom products that include but not limited to DSx, OC3, OC12, OC48, OC192, GE and 10GE OTU3 protocols.
- Experience with board level debug and diagnostic.
- Working knowledge of test interface design using CAD ,Mentor tools.
- Require fluency in both English and Chinese oral and written communication skills.
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent required.
