-Job Responsibilites:

1. Keep abreast of regulatory developments and assess impact on the business, including providing advice, interpretation and recommendation to the busienss. Acts as liasion with the bank's Country Compliance function for the busiess.

2. Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the retail regulatory assurance framework to ensure that the retail segment is in compliance with relevant compliance policies and standards established by Country Compliance, as well as relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

3. Provide advice to the business with relevant rules and regulations and ensure that relevant business and support functions develop procedures and processes to be in compliance.

4. Identify and address regulatory requirements relating to new business initiatives such as new products / services (e.g. product program, outsourcing contract).

5. Ensure the division maintains and updates the Regulatory Risk Matrix to ensure compliance with all existing regulations.

6. Facilitate and ensure that the relevant sales assurance programs are developed and implemented by respective business and support functions.

7. Put in a place the necessary infrastructure for the team to perform periodic Self-assessment reviews on the key activities undertaken by the various units and ensure that the self-testing process is robust.

8. Establish the necessary MIS requirements and framework to report and document self-assessment review findings, recommend corrective actions, follow up and preparation of trend analysis for management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in economics or law related.

- knowledge of Legal (mortgage foreclosure process is preferred)

- Fluent in both written and spoken English

- Strong communication skill, team work spirit
