MISSION:
Part of Home Equipment Quality and Design team based in Guangzhou, you will be in charge of Product and Process Quality for Chinese and Russian projects. You are a dynamic quality engineer with strong process and technical skills who will help to source the best products and suppliers according to Auchan Quality Standards. This position will be key to ensure Auchan products conformity towards Chinese CCC &/or Russian GOST standards. In this context, you will:
? Support commercial teams on their technical issues.
? Assess product samples coming from different development phases, to look for bugs and quality issues.
? Check for alignment with China CCC &/or Russian GOST standards and especially check packaging, rating labels and user manual information.
? Test products and do construction checks and technical analysis.
? Provide technical solutions and work with supplier on samples improvement.
? Perform audit / assessment / qualification of suppliers according to Auchan internal Quality and Social grid.
? Monitor corrective action plans of the suppliers.
? Monitor Factories and Product Certification in relationship with third part certification bodies.
? Report to EM Quality and Design Manager.

SKILLS:
? Bachelor / Master degree in electronics engineering or mechanical engineering.
? Min 3/5 years experienced in Industry and/or Third part Laboratory or Inspection Company with a focus on Russian GOST standards and/or Chinese CCC standards for electrical appliances.
? Ability to investigate and debug product quality problems and offer solutions / alternatives.
? Proficient in MS Office.
? Mature, self-motivated and responsible.
? Can do attitude, hard working.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
? Fluent in English.
? Russian language ability would be a strong advantage.
? Report to EM Quality and Design Manager.
