岗位职责：
1、参与项目框架设计、系统分析及流程控制、沟通对接等工作；
2、独立或者分组进行针对项目需求的功能开发和优化；
3、拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低；
4、根据项目开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的应用模块；
5、根据需要不断修改完善项目功能；
6、参入核心代码的编写。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 一年以上PHP实际项目开发经验，有大型项目与团队经验；
3. 对PHP开发语言有丰富经验，熟悉主流开源PHP框架，熟练掌握至少一种MVC开发框架，并愿意学习和利用新的语言解决问题；
4. 精通MySQL数据库应用开发，具有 MySQL索引优化、查询优化和存储优化经验；
5. 熟悉Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP (LAMP)环境，拥有Linux命令行知识；
6. 对前端技术有基本的兴趣与了解：HTML、Javascript、CSS；熟悉jQuery/YUI/MooTools/Dojo其中一种框架最佳；
7. 有高负载、高并发网站的经验优先；
8. 有金融行业网站开发经验者优先；
9. 强烈的责任心和团队精神，善于与合作，吃苦耐劳，能在高强度的压力下工作。
