BASIC FUNCTION
You will provide pricing support by reviewing the pricing structure and set up, providing regular updates on pricing matrix, coordinating inter-company transfer prices and list price updating. You will be responsible for reviewing major customer sales agreement/contract to minimize any potential business risks to the organization. You will provide guidance on costing, review with a view to improve costing system and take lead from a regional perspective on costing system and process improvement. Support Operation and Marketing on new products analysis and other ad hoc projects as and when required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Work closely with Marketing and each country Finance and Sales Operation to collect Pricing Matrix cost assumptions, do cross checks and update Pricing Matrix to Asia Pacific hometown.
2. Work closely with factory Finance and Corporate to update inter-company transfer prices, system updates and announcements.
3. Detailed review of Sales Agreement, including Pricing and Terms & Conditions for Global accounts, dealers and major projects to minimize organization’s risk exposure.
4. Maintain, update and regular review of remote market dealers agreements.
5. Regular review of costing system by working with respective local markets to enhance process and aligning practices (where practicable) in AP
6. Provide Operation support reports including Flexed budget, PPV report, Overhead expenses report, Product line profitability and Engineering saving report on monthly basis.
7. Support Marketing and Engineering on new products launch, TP setting and RFE analysis etc.
8. Support Marketing, Sourcing and Operations on products costs analysis, make vs buy analysis, cost reduction initiatives analysis etc
9. Responsible for regional projects analysis and ad hoc analysis when required.
10. Provide support and training to China costing and India costing team when required.
COMPETANCES
1. A professional Accountancy qualification.
2. At least 5 years experience in accounting or finance function with multinational companies
3. Numerate, detailed-oriented and highly sensitive to numbers;
4. Independent, highly organized with well-developed analytical skills and commercial judgment;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Excellent people management and time management skills;
7. Good Excel skill;
8. Oral and written fluency in English required.
