Position: Hilton Premium Club Coordinator

职位: 希尔顿卓越俱乐部 酒店协调专员

Purpose:

Stimulate members’ card usage and increase retention rates by increasing the frequency/quality of member communications thereby improving the program’s financial success for the hotel and the Premium Club

通过提高和会员间的沟通频率及质量,激励会员提升会员卡使用频率并提高续卡率,从而提升酒店及卓越俱乐部的利润.


(1)Areas of Responsibility职责范围

Increase card usage for food and beverage spend by provision of excellent customer service and follow up

通过提供优质的会员服务及跟进提升会员卡餐饮消费使用率

Standards of Measurement 衡量标准

For F&B spend, increase overall card usage from the entire membership base 33% over current usage. The initial target market is users who have not used their card at all or only used the card 3 times. The target for these users is to increase card usage by 100%.

将整体餐饮使用率由现在的基数基础上提升33%.

初始提升目标为从未使用会员卡或使用3次以下的会员.对于此类会员,提升目标为100%


(2)Areas of Responsibility职责范围

Increase card usage to purchase hotel room nights.

提升使用会员卡住宿订房率

Standards of Measurement 衡量标准

Have each member purchase three (3) room nights from the hotel(s) annually.

每个会员全年预定3晚住宿


(3)Areas of Responsibility职责范围

Outbound membership calls at different stages to increase member activity, provide customer service and to convert low and non-users into frequent users:

在不同阶段致电会员,提供会员服务并将无用卡及低频率用卡会员转换成经常使用的会员

Standards of Measurement 衡量标准

· Calls to Low Users to stimulate usage

· Calls to Non users reminder after 3 months

· Calls to Hilton Premium members celebrating their Birthday

· Calls to Hilton Premium members celebrating their Anniversary

· General courtesy calls to members for usage
