工作职责
Job Responsibilities :
To provide technical support (Level 2) on corporate software applications systems, such as Merchandising, Logistics, Order Processing and point of sales systems to global users
To monitor or analyze the issues reported from the users
To perform trouble-shooting on system problems and provide proactive monitoring
To change or enhance the software according to the technical designs
To execute management reporting tools and offer solutions like data correction scripts or workarounds
To perform integration test for the changed software package
To receive call from operation teams or technical helpdesk and take action to provide support service
To prepare functional specifications or technical documentations for internal or external needs
To work closely with other team members in Europe and Asia to track issues and share knowledge
To act as a special project member
任职资格
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other IT related major
At least 1 year working experience IT related
Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL & SQL is a must
Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports) to a basic - intermediate level
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, detail-minded and possess team player attitude
Working experience in retail industries or software company is preferred

零售行业或软件公司工作经验者优先
