Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute effective events strategic plans proactively to achieve business goals
• Lead the team to implement institutional / customer events in accordance with the approved budget for brand promotion
• Develop local, international marketing plans and tailor-made VIP events that promote Chopard brand, product offering, service and expert advice
• Work closely with CRM team to identify targeted VIP customers specific to different programs/launches
• Implement the agreed special, regular and themed programs and events, and communicate these appropriately
• Communicate with inter departments on promotions and events planning, execution & evaluation
• Liaise with external parties, such as sponsors, production houses, PR agencies, media and other external partners for execution of PR events
• Prepare events related reports to headquarter

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, PR/ Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience at a senior level in luxury watch and jewelry sector
• Solid experience in event management and corporate communication
• Strong network within the event industry (venue, F&B, KOLs, Production Company…)
• Able to take directions and drive programs with the team
• Innovative thinker with the ability to drive ideas from inception to completion
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A good team player and self-motivated
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
