Duties & Responsibilities

？ Manage operation department to support daily operation activities.
？ Define and follow the KPI for operation (Productivity, TAT, ET, Complaints, Accuracy, etc.).
？ Guarantee the excellence of the service delivered by operation unit.
？ Responsible for capability and capacity plan and development of operations unit.
？ Collaborate with other departments to set up and/or optimize procedure and process in order to have smooth operation.
？ Collaborate with Customer Service, CRM and Sales team to understand and anticipate the needs of clients.
？ Responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills.
？ Responsible for maximizing the use of current resources.
？ Responsible for production efficiency.
？ Review the performance of operation units to meet the KPI.
？ Guarantee the consistency of testing, reporting and operation between different units.
？ Responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for employees.
？ Prepare cost budget/forecast and follow its application and respect by operations units.
？ Control the expenses to be at least align with budget/forecast.
？ Support CRM, Sales team on business plan for development in liaison with company management.
？ Responsible for application of training plan of company.
？ Responsible for team and people development.
？ Support Customer Service, CRM and Sales team to visit clients.
？ Set up operation department HSE objective, target and program, HSE management system.
？ HSE implementation accordance with HSE management system.
？ Ensure that all employees understand the HSE objectives and their role in the HSE management performance under control.
？ Ensure occupational disease examination implementation.
？ Ensure employees have required and up-to-date HSE training.
？ Ensure the equipment maintained regularly especially related HSE equipment with good condition, when order new one, consider safety and environmental prior.
？ Ensure that internal communication process regarding HSE management system performance, improvements and effectiveness is established and functions.
？ Maintain records of required safety and health training and certifications.
？ Provide HSE performance data for HSE management review yearly.


Skills & Requirements

？ Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and PPT.
？ Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations.
？ Good time management, communications and influencing skills.
？ Organizational leadership.
？ Team-building skills.
？ Aggressive on objectives.
？ Adaptable to different cultures.
？ Possess good knowledge of Textile/RS testing, of the industry as well as the company's product & service
？ Customer focused, energetic and willing to work overtime
？ Proactive and flexible; willingness to travel extensively
？ Good team leader and good team player

Education & Experience

？ Bachelor Degree and above
？ At least 5 years of testing/operation experience in the Textile & RS category .
？ Good knowledge of English.

We’re a joint venture company with Shanghai Inspection Cooperation and specializes in consumer products testing and consultation services which cover wide range of products including textile & garments, hardgoods, electrical products, toys and chemical.
