Key responsibilities:主要职责
1、Answer customer‘s inquiries, record new customer information, check inventory and arrange sample
回复客户的询问，记录新客户的信息，查询库存情况及安排样品
2、Ensure timely response to resellers’order request保证及时回复经销商的订单要求
3、Quotation prepared, purchasing order confirmation, payment check准备报价单，对订货单确认，检查付款情况
4、Order Processing including order input, issuing Delivery Note, Filling in Delivery Bill Form and related documents. 订单处理包
括系统订单录入，开具出库单，填写发货单据等
5、Follow up on order delivery, issuing invoice timely and delivered to customers. 跟踪订单发运，及时开具发票并送达客户
6、Maintain sales master data维护主要的销售数据


Requirement:资质要求
1、College degree with major in commercial or logistics preferred大专毕业，商业或物流专业
2、At least 1 year working experience至少一年工作经验
3、ERP user experience有ERP User经验
4、Basic spoken and written English基本的英语说写能力
5、Good Microsoft office skills熟悉Microsoft office软件
6、Good communication skill and service minded良好的沟通技巧及服务意识
7、Hard working, careful, and willing to take responsibility努力，细致，勇于承担责任
8、Immediately work is preferred.能即可到岗者优先
