职位职能: 销售助理 客服专员/助理(非技术)
职位描述:
岗位职责：
1、负责公司客户的维护与跟单管理，为客户提供优质的售前、售中、售后服务；
2、配合公司对营销部人员进行协助管理，并提供相关的后勤支援。
岗位要求：
1、高中或中专以上学历，有较强的文案功底；
2、有相关工作经验者优先；
3、熟练操作office办公软件，有CRM或ERP软件操作经验者尤佳；
4、声音甜美，有较强的沟通与协调能力、理解能力；
5、勤奋好学，工作积极主动、细心，有亲和力，有较强的责任心。

2011年1月我们我们从欧洲引进了全新的TYR品牌,开发了RYIN系列等清洁设备。随着公司不断发展壮大，为了更快响应公司业务发展的需要，公司在交通便利的浦东设立了展示厅，全面展现全线产品及各类大型工业清洗设备、专业清洁药剂及日常清洁工具，集展示，测试，维修，储备，培训为一体，有充分能力为客户提供全面系统解决方案，完成了以上海市为中心辐射整个长江三角洲、各开发区及周边城市全面覆盖的销售服务网络。

Founded in 1996, at the same time our company began the business about environment protection equipment, cleaning equipment, and cleaning products. With the good product quality, professional technical support, and adequate products supply, our products had been widely used in factories, star hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, schools in the Yangtze River Delta area. Meanwhile, we get many good feedback and recognition from customers due to our professional pre-sales consulting, product supply planning, after-sales services, and quick reaction to customer requirement. With the fast growing market share in cleaning equipments, our achievements had been recognized in the same industry.

 

In 2011, we introduced TYR from Europe, and also developed RYIN cleaning equipment and so on. In order to well meet the requirement of our fast growing business, we built an exhibition hall in Pudong District of shanghai to show our products of all lines, including huge industry cleaning equipment, cleaning agentia, and daily cleaning tools. We combine exhibition, testing, maintenance, storing and training together. We are qualified to supply comprehensive system solutions, set up the sales-service network in Shanghai, cover the Yangtze River Delta area and periphery cities of Shanghai.
