1.按照客户要求设计空调系统
2.追踪及控制项目的时间进度
3.管理整个项目的技术及商务细节
4.及时与客户及设计院进行交流，以保证项目的顺利进行
5.与公司内各部门沟通配合
6.领导及与现场安装工程师合作，保证项目安装进度
岗位要求：
1.暖通相关专业（建筑环境与设备工程等专业）本科或硕士学位
2.5年以上项目经理工作经验，暖通行业或者纺织设计院尤佳
3.能适应在压力下工作
4.有团队领导能力和良好的沟通能力
5.熟悉AUTOCAD及其他计算机软件操作
6.良好的英语沟通能力
优秀者可获得去瑞士总部实习机会

THE JOB
As a project manager in our contracts execution department you be technically and commercially responsible for complex projects in the field of textile and industrial air conditioning. You will report directly to the contracts department manager.
In this function your main responsibilities are to
· Design the system, in basic and detail, to match with our clients process requirements.
· Ensure a proper time schedule for the project, coordinate and follow up all required activities to set up the system in the given time frame.
· Control the project commercially and properly manage the ressources you have available.
· Communicate with our clients and the design institutes in order to provide a professional support, including meetings on site.
· Coordinate the project internally to ensure proper information to and support from other departments involved.
· Lead and coordinate our site supervisors to ensure a proper installation process.
YOUR PROFILE
· Your eduction has a technical background, such as HVAC or mechanical engineering, and as such you have obtained a university degree (master or bachelor).
· You have gained substantial (5+ years) experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of HVAC engineering.
· Your are a strong personality and you are willing to take over the responsibility for complex and demanding projects.
· Your work approach is well organized and systematically, you are able to work under pressure.
· You are a good team player and have excellent communication skills.
· Your ethics are unbending and uncompromising.
· You are willing to participate in company training events in our headquarter in Switzerland.
YOUR OTHER SKILLS
· You are familiar with the standard MS office programs and AutoCAD or comparable draft programs
· You have very good spoken and written English knowledge
