Modern Space is looking for a Installation Regional Manager to lead Beijing-based installation teams performing installations throughout the Northern China region.


Installation Regional Manager - North China

This position will report to the AP Field Services Manager (Shanghai) and may require occasional travel to responsible territories.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Assists in the establishment of a representative office in Beijing
? Responsible for all aspects of office management, including day-to-day activities, expense reporting, personnel recruitment, facilities, traveland other HR duties
? Develops, leads and supports a team of crew leadersand installation crews in the assigned territory
? Plans and coordinates multiple simultaneous installations across the region, managing team assignment schedules
? Initiates and executes supervision audits throughout the process
? Integrates ongoing development and training of the team
? Provides immediate response to field requirements
? Communicates daily with the Field Services Manager and project PMs
? Manages and prepares daily reports documenting all installations in the region
? Evaluates and improves the efficiency of installation processes to facilitate execution and enhance quality
? Takes ownership of and full responsibility for the site survey and installation processes, from receipt of work order to flawless execution and reporting
? Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
? Delivers 100% customer satisfaction on all jobs

Essential Job Requirements:

? Ability to assume a true leadership role, developing and managing an extensive regional team (installation and repair crew leaders & members)
? Capable of highly detailed scheduling, resource delegation, dispatch and reporting
? Prior hands-on experience in the construction,installation, maintenance and/or repair servicesfields
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while providing immediate response and maintaining full focus on detail and quality
? Availability to attend/supervise off-hour and weekend installation projects and respond to urgent matters when presented
? Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory as needed

Other Desired Qualifications:

? Experience managing remote offices/personnel
? Basic understanding of brand quality and high-end retail environments
? Working knowledge of local building regulations and codes
? Fluency in English a plus
