Position: Proposal Manager of Commercial System Integration
Job Description
Ingersoll Rand, a leading professional product & services organization providing consulting, engineering, systems integration and technical services to build a comfortable and safety environment of human life, is currently seeking talented Proposal Managers of Commercial System Integration with a proven track record of hands-on proposal and sales support to be based in Shanghai, China.
Proposal Managers of Commercial System Integration will report to the Director of Commercial System Integration of Great China, Ingersoll Rand Security Technology.
Main responsibilities will include the following:
? Support direct sales force of assigned region, using the solution offer to develop potential account and achieve major projects in tier one and tier two market
协助销售人员,通过提供售前方案来发展潜在客户,完成目标市场的销售项目。
? Expertise on Building Automation, Security & System Integration application knowledge and competition status
为楼宇自动化,安防系统集成应用以及方案竞争力提供专业意见及指导。
? Present technical introduction and proposal to target customers
为目标客户群演示方案以及技术支持。
? Keep good communication with End User, System Integrator and Design Institute
与终端用户,系统集成商以及设计院保持良好沟通以及战略合作关系。
? Make proposal per customer’s requirement, support sales manager throughout bidding on technical issues.
根据客户要求完成方案制作,协助销售人员参与投标过程,并给予技术支持。
? Take care and secure clients/end user, involve in direct tender and solution application promotion
积极参与招投标以及方案推广交流,时刻做到以客户为中心。
Experience and skills required as follow:
? At least Bachelor degree with major of Automation& Engineering preferred
? Mature & Experienced Proposal Leader who have both Security and ELV field experience
? 8+ years experience in related industry
? Good English communication skills both in written and oral
? Team work spirit, self- motivated
? Strong drive & follow-through
? Inter-personal skills
? Creativity
? Strong presentation skills
? Willingness to travel extensively
? Proficient in MS Office
? Own certificate of 注册电气工程师
