Responsibilities:

1.Daily/routine clerical&administrative support to teams(eg.sales summary updating,PN/confirmation letter issuing,PO issuing,paymment checking,invoice collecting);

2.Handle and follow-up exhibitor(parts)inquiries&complaints;

3.Handle daily paperwork and routine administrative tasks;

4.Liaises with suppliers for services agreement and quotation;

5.Execute onsite operation tasks.

Requirements;
1. Degree holder in Marketing / Business / Mass Communications;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in project operation;
3. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
4. Strong communication, organisational and copy-writing skills;
5. A good team player, detail minded, result oriented and willing to work under pressure.
