- Keep track of all the customers’ activities and samples followups;

- Visit the customers regularly and develop customer relationship for the company, and update the customer contact info timely;

- Identify customers’ requirements and needs and take notes faithfully;

- Work closely with FAEs & management to seize opportunities;

- Learn the new product and technology info and deliver the product/service info to the customers;

- Build and maintain good relationships with key engineers/contacts at customers;

- Monthly/Quarterly Report & Review with higher-up;

- Understand market trends and competitio, and be able to present the ideas to our clients;

- Accomplish tasks assigned by the management;

- Travel to customer locations in China to enable design-ins of clients products;

- Highly motivated, reliable, self driving individual who would maintain regular contact with customers and partners

- Team player with good communication, presentation and documentation skills

- Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese

- Flexibility to be able to work with other team member in many global time zones across Europe and USA

- Be commercially alert and an ability to understand what it takes to close a design win at a customer
