- Work with Senior FAEs and account manager to support customers;

- Keep track of all the customers’ activities and sample requests;

- Visit the customers regularly and develop customer relationship for the company, and update the customer contact info timely;

- Identify customers’ requirements and needs and take notes faithfully;

- Assist with senior FAEs in trouble shooting;

- Learn the new product and technology info and deliver the product/service info to the customers;

- Assist account manager in the tasks designated;

Qualifications:

• BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering
• Motivated communicator with sales knowledge, 2+ years experience
• Knowledge of one of the areas of business: Small signal RF, RF power devices and Cable/FTTH products
• Hands on RF knowledge with an ability to work side by side on the bench at the customer’s premises
• Highly motivated, reliable, self driving individual who would maintain regular contact with customers and partners
• Team player with good communication, presentation and documentation skills
