SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To follow up the service execution as per daily outbound plan or order from customer;

2. Assist customer service senior executive to handle the issues including customer complaint, new requirements, liaison and coordinate with planner, warehouse supervisor to implement the agreed actions;

3. To prepare shipping documents, contact forwarder to well manage the clearance and transportation activities to ensure and improve the on-time delivery performance for export shipment;

4. To make sure the outbound process is implemented as per schedule and meet customer requirement, and data in SAP system is updated correctly and timely;

5. To supervise and guide the data entry assistant to fulfill the daily tasks;

6. To improve service level and customer satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College degree with major in logistics, commercial, industry engineering or relevant disciplines;

2. 2+ years relevant experience in MNC of manufacturing or logistics industry;

3. Excellent English ability both of oral and writing;

4. Computer literate in MS Office;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
