Major Accountabilities:

Prepare SAP Invoice
? Prepare SAP invoice for domestic, export, inter-company sales.
? Prepare SAP invoice for sales of scrap, miscellaneous income & recharging freight vendors.
? Prepare SAP credit notes from credit orders

Record Receipts in the AR sub-ledger
? Record receipts by check, Telegraphic Transfer, Electronic Funds Transfer, bank draft, (cash will collect in local then remit in bank)
? Record overseas remittance
? Prepare and record Letter of Credit receipts
? Prepare sales rebate accrual per agreement

Document Maintenance
? File delivery acknowledgements to SAP invoice as required
? SAFE verification for the collection from overseas


Major Accountabilities:

? Keep abreast of latest developments in accounting and tax regulations.
? Maintaining detailed knowledge of all relevant SAP modules.
? Adhere to all J-SOX requirements and internal controls. As necessary, assume responsibility for implementing internal audit recommendations.
? Identify and recommend business improvements that contribute to achieving stated company objectives and maximization of cash position.
? Perform any other duties as required or directed from time to time.
