职位描述
Job Description,
(1) Act as the primary quality interface for MTSs customers.
(2) Gather required data on customer reported issues, visit onsite as required, be the customer representative into MTS and the MTS representative to our customer base.
(3) Provide necessary 8D problem solving support for customer claims and RMA, carry out initial first level analysis, liaise with internal MTS functions to co-ordinate full failure analysis, create 8D reports, and deliver to customer for review as required.
(4) Focal point for the communication and fulfillment of customer-specific quality requirements.
(5) Identify, track, co-ordinate, drive, resolve and report corrective/preventive actions to increase customer satisfaction and correct/prevent customer issues.
(6) Be able to provide leadership and direction to internal team with regard to customer impacts of engineering changes.
(7) Lead customer audit preparation and co-ordinate audit process with customers and internal team.
(8) Provide input, guidance and direction to internal team and sales on FSR (Field Service Repair).
(9) Champion the customers cause but maintain objectivity and always ensure that a balance between the customers needs and MTSs best interests is retained, aim for a Win-Win situation.
Job Requirement,
(1) Minimum Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering.
(2) Minimum 3-year work experience in customer quality or engineering or other customer support role in automotive industry, multinational company experience preferred.
(3) Knowledge of and experience with ISO/TS 16949 specific requirements, such as PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, etc.
(4) Specialized electronics knowledge and demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills.
(5) Excellent statistical and computer skills, including Minitab, Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
(6) Excellent communication skills required at customer and internal level.
(7) Excellent presentation skills.
(8) Excellent English speaking, writing and reading capability.
(9) Experience auditing and/or being audited.
(10) Experience in coordinating, managing and implementing improvement projects.
(11) Must be a self starter with strong drive, initiative; and ability to work with limited supervision.
(12) Ability to have conference call at night with customers or R&D located at US as required.
