Description :
？ Understand clearly for the ISO dimemsioning and controlling requirements described in the product drawing
？ Take the leader in the discussion with program quality enginner/design engineer/maunfacturing engineer to reach an agreement on the Prototype Control Plan
？ Support the prototype PC&L to complete the “ prototype fesibility analysis report”
？ Take the leader in the inspection gauge definition and validation process with the support of other prototype functions
？ Coordinate with Testing team to ensure the raw material testing is done on time and in an proper way
？ Follow up the supplier quality and schedule on regular basis and even the on-site inspection if needed
？ Ensure the supplier documentation is deliverable and in line with Prototype requirements
？ Make the dimension and function inspection for the components and final product
？ Stop the prototype manufacturing and the delivery of products, when product quality is not ensured
？ Report the deviation to prototype PC&L, Paticipate in the discussion for the deviation acceptance
？ Manage the control documentation to be complete and in line with the Prototype control plan
？ Support the jig and process adjustment

Qualifications :
？ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
？ at least 5 years’ working experience in Quality control in production in the automotive industry
？ Process orientation
？ Knowledge for material testing
？ Knowledge for welding penetration
？ Experience to use FAO ARM is preferable
？ Experience for the supplier quality ensurance is preferable
？ At least to be able to read the technicial documentation in english
？ Communication skills
？ Team work spirit
