1. Responsible for the management of project documents throughout the whole process.
负责工业厂房筹建自立项至竣工交接的全过程管理资料管理
2. Create project construction schedule ,track the schedule (including management of construction company timing schedules).
编写项目土建时间表，跟踪时间进度，含土建公司时间表管理
3. Responsible for the alignment of all construction plans.
负责根据计划同施工方之间的工作衔接，控制各施工环节时间结点
4. Responsible for all documentation archives.
负责所有土建文件归档管理
5. Assist Building & Services Manager to manage construction team.
协助基建经理对基建团队的日常管理
1. Educated to Degree level with 3 years experience or Diploma with 5 years experience.
中专8年、专科5年、本科3年
2. Excellent English and Chinese language skills.
中英文流利
3. Excellent project management skills and planning management software competence.
善于运用软件进行项目管理、计划管理
4. Honest, Reliable and Efficient.

5. Fluent in computer common use, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT,PROJECT and AUTOCAD.
