Main Responsibilities主要工作职责
1. 根据项目建设的进度，负责全过程费用、资本预算及成本控制管理工作
According to the progress of the construction engineering, responsible for the whole process management of expense capital budget and cost control
2. 比较项目实际成本与预算，并对产生的重要差异做财务分析报告
Compare the project actual cost and budget, and do the financial analysis report about the important difference
3. 发现分析成本控制中的问题，并提出改进意见
Responsible for the the improvement opinion basing on the problem analysis of cost control
4. 基建部门费用的申请、申请单审批及流程的跟踪
Expense request, request approval and the process tracking of the construction department cost
5. 负责审核各工程项目预算、竣工结算
Responsible for checking the project budget and completion settlement
6. 负责与财务、采购部门的沟通、协调
Responsible for the coordination with Finance Purchasing department.
7. 现场协调与配合
Site coordination and cooperation work

1.本科3年，工程或管理类相关专业；会计或财务知识能力
Bachelor degree, 3y experience，Construction or management relevant professional, Knowledge & skill about Accounting and Finance

Influenced English and Chinese language skills
4.熟悉运用统计工具、报表
Familiar with the application of statistics tools and report sheet
5.具备数据分析解决能力，能根据数据及时提出解决方案问题
Ability for data analysis, and base on data report can process general problem scheme
6.熟练掌握计算机常用软件的使用，如EXCEL、WORD、PPT、PROJECT及AUTOCAD软件
Knowledge computer common software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT, PROJECT and AUTOCAD
7.熟悉协调和配合的工作技巧；了解与本岗位相关的其他知识和要求
Be good teamwork and communication skills, being aware of and the post related knowledge and requirements
8.熟悉项目管理理论知识、管理学和组织计划技巧
Familiar with project management theory knowledge, management and organization plan skills
9.至少掌握工厂供配电、给排水、暖通、热能工程等专业之中的一个门类的专业知识和技能；根据水电气管线布置要求和动能消耗的大概情况进行简单的用量的估算。
Master at least 1 aspects of plant：electricity distribution, water supply and drainage, HVAC, thermal energy engineering and others professional knowledge and skills; According to M&E layout and kinetic energy consumption situation being able to estimate use quantity.
