1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
The position is responsible for (a) financial system maintenance and month end closing (b) forecast and variance analysis, (c) inventory management and reporting, and (d) external reporting for tax and audit related issues.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

· Always supports the Finance Controller.
· Responsible for all general ledgers including Accruals, Income and Expenses Allocation, etc.
· Maintain QAD system and ensure a timely month end closing.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly TRW reports and local statutory financial statements.
· OPSP and MMF preparation regarding stock days and logistics controls, etc.
· Variance analysis and follow-up, eg item and timing analysis compared to OP, MMF and CEA.
· Work closely with Materials department in reviewing monthly cycle count reports for large variances, and follow up with action plan for improvements; monitor and fixing inventory levels for negative quantities and errors; review slow moving and no activity reports for potential write offs; and ensure un-salable and discontinued items are disposed of, written off or reserved for as appropriate.
· Reconcile perpetual vs. GL inventory balances on a monthly basis; and prepare monthly inventory turns report.
· Handle tax related issues and reports including annual Income Tax Return Package.
· Handle local audit and government inspections.
· Supports any ad hoc requirements by the management team.
3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

Fluent verbal and written both in English and Mandarin.
Good leadership and management skill.
Good Knowledge of ERP (QAD system prefer) or MRP.
CAN DO attitude, able to deliver high quality result in a timely manner.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
· Educational:
- Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree from a good university.
- CPA/CIMA/ACCA is a plus.
· Personal Attributes:
- Consistent and Persistent.
- Decent with good accounting integrity.
- Intelligent, quick to understand concepts, fast to work yet thorough and stable.
- A good team player and communicator with interesting personal attributes.
- Must clearly and quickly understand the importance of accountability to internal customers.
· Previous Work (or other requisite) Experience:
- Min. 3 years experience of similar accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good experience of PC based systems.
- Stock control experience must be valuable.
