职位描述

岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making:
1、根据公司的实际情况,负责建立符合国家规定及双方股东要求的人事政策与各项人事规章制度, 并确保贯彻实施。
Be responsible for setting up & implementation of human resources policy, regulations according to company actual situation ,related government stipulations and requirement of both shareholders.
2、根据公司的发展战略要求及组织结构调整需要,拟定年度及企业中期招聘、培训计划、薪酬计划及人力资源规划。
Create annual recruitment plan, training plan, salary plan and human resources plan。
3、协助总经理建立激励机制,并配合总经理、组织各部门负责人做好员工的绩效管理工作。
Assist the general manager with setting up of motivation system and coordinate with mangers regarding employees’ performance
management.
4、支持公司管理层组织、协调公司文化建设。
Supporting top management on organizing, coordinating of company culture building up project
5、负责人力资源部及公司行政后勤工作的日常管理及本部门员工发展;
Be responsible for daily management of HR& Adm. department and staff development
6、担任当地政府、中方股东的联系窗口
Be the contact window with local governments and Chinese Partner
主要工作职责 Key Area Responsibilities:
1、组织机构及计划与聘用 Organization and Planning & Recruitment
-依据组织能力及结构调整要求,制定年度及中期人员需求计划及人力资源成本预算
Draw up annual & mid-term personnel planning & HR cost budget based on organizational competence and structure change
-根据公司及部门组织结构调整及人员要求,配合职能部门招聘合适的员工
Recruit new employees according to company’s organization and departments’ demand.
-负责办理人员录用及退工手续
Recruitment and transferring procedure
-负责公司员工劳动合同及人事档案的建立、更新和管理
Establish, update and manage the staffs’ records and related contracts
2、学习及员工发展 Learning & people development
-根据公司发展要求,制定、实施培训计划,并监控培训计划执行状态及培训的有效性
Define, make up & implement annual training plan and conduct training as company development requirement.
-员工激励及绩效管理
Employees motivation and performance management
-负责配合各部门制定关键岗位员工继任及发展计划
Cooperate with related depts to creat succession planning and personnel development plan for key positions
3、劳动工资及员工福利 Compensation & social benefits
-统计、核算、回顾月份工资、福利费用,制定年度工资、福利方案
Salary and welfare expense calculation ,review and plan making
-制定符合国家、省市要求的劳动政策及相关规章制度
Creat related company regulations according to related laws of local government
-NXP及当地政府相关人事报告及年度审核
Related human resources reports & annual audit to NXP and local government
4、劳动关系管理与交流沟通 Employee Relationship Management
-劳动政策咨询
Consultant on labor related laws & regulations
-处理员工投诉,协调劳动纠纷
Employee relationship management: deal with employees claim and coordinate with labor conflicts.
-负责组织员工满意度调查及措施跟踪
Implement Employees Satisfaction Investigation and follow up the actions
-负责协助管理层实施公司内、外部双向交流、沟通
Assist MT on internal & external communication
-依据EICC要求,针对劳动用工及商业道德规范的符合性进行风险评估、设定绩效指标、制定整改措施、提交管理层评审。
Risk assessment, performance KPI setting, corrective actions & submitting for MT review according to Labor & Ethics requirement of EICC
5、环境、健康与安全 Safety, health & environment management
-负责协调工伤或患职业病员工医疗待遇的申请、审批
6、其他 Others
-行政管理:负责公司行政流程制定及实施
Administration: Define and implement the company’s administration procedure
-档案管理:对档案管理进行指导
Archive: create archive management and file documents
-与当地政府沟通及外事管理
Contact with local governments & foreign affaires management
-人力资源信息系统管理
Set up and maintain HRM system
- 与公司工会合作组织员工活动
Cooperate with the Labor Union on company activities"
必备能力与任职要求 Required competency & Qualification:
1、良好的英语运用能力Good command in English
2、熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel,powerpoint)
3、三年以上人事工作经验At least three years of working experience in human resources
4、两年部门人事主管以上管理经验At least 2 years experience of dept. HR supervisor or above
