This role is Reporting to the maintenance Manager, assist Manager to manage maintenance team Responsibility for provide technical support to production equipment , Organization staff to carry out preventive maintenance, fault handling, corrective maintenance to ensure production equipment working in a good state ,to protect Overall Efficiency Rate achieved.
该岗位向维护经理汇报，协助经理管理维护团队，对涂装车间生产设备提供技术支持，组织团队开展预防保全，故障处理，改良保全等相关工作，确保设备运行稳定，保障生产效率达成。
1.协助经理建立及管理维护团队；
Assist manager to set up and manage the maintenance team
2.制定设备维护保养计划，并按计划组织巡检、点检和保养，并定期总结实施效果，进行改善； Manage and promote the planned maintenance programmers
3.开展维护人员培训
Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance
4.协助TPM团队开展设备TPM活动；
Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities.
5.组织设备故障的抢修并深入调查设备故障原因，寻求对策并实施，防止故障再发；
Organize the emergency fault maintenance and management of the fault reason research to prevent the fault from occurring again
6.负责设备改造的提案和构想并推进实施；
Responsible for proposing equipment modification ideas and promote;
7.支持AME开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施；
Support AME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it
8.推进维修预案管理，标准化故障处理流程，缩短故障处理时间
Manage to carry out the maintenance contingency plan, make out the standardization of the repair process, shorten the repair time
The Control Engineer Supervisor organisation will consists of approximately 5 engineers

1.Proficiency in the Control software applications through software quickly find the point of failure
熟练掌握控制软件编程、运动控制、信号通信等知识，能通过软件迅速查找出故障点
2.Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic principle, according to the drawings can find the point of failure and take effective measures
对液压气动原理较为熟悉，能根据图纸判断故障点并采取有效对策
3.With Robot operation and maintenance experience, have ability to find and solve the common problem of robot immediately
具有机器人操作维护经验，能迅速发现和解决机器人常见问题
4.Understanding of equipment design and installation standards, effective advice can be made in equipment design and installation process
了解汽车行业设备设计及安装标准，能在设备设计及安装过程中提出有效意见及建议
5.很强的团队管理能力
Demonstration of strong leadership behaviours.

Ability and willingness to pass on knowledge and expertise.
