1. Production capability and production arrangement.
产能核算与生产计划安排
2. Implement production arrangement and plan, in order to meet the custom need and achieve section's performance goal.
核算冲压生产线生产能力，组织和安排生产计划，达成部门目标
3. Production management .
生产管理
1)Coordinate all the working procedures to have a smooth production flow and maintain the established lead time，in order to reduce produce cost;
协调生产流程，降低生产成本，确保按时按质完成任务
2) Manage and monitor the quality of every working procedure in order to accomplish the quality objective in terms of Product Quality Standard and scrap/rework reduction;
管理生产流程的质量，确保达到公司质量标准
3)Ensure all the work order is completed on time ,in order to meet our customer and planning needs;
确保所有的生产计划都按时完成，达到我们客户的要求
4. Employee management
员工管理
5. Correction and training the personnel，in order to improve the personal skill, maintain good morale and keep a steady team.

6. Cooperate with other department

Cooperate with related department with serious and responsible attitude in order to facilitate solve problem which be found in produce, especially launch new production.
