该岗位向外包管理经理汇报，负责：
一般可回收废弃物、冲压边角料和报废零部件及整车处理的业务管理，起草并持续完善上述业务的工作流程、标准和作业指导书，规范各类可回收物资的操作，管理、敦促和控制服务商按照公司要求及时有效地完成工作，确保服务交付。
Reporting to Outsource Mgt. Manager, this role is mainly responsible for:
Management of general recyclable waste, pressing scraps and scrapped parts and vehicles disposal, establishing and improving continuously the working procedures, standard and instructions so as to standardize the operation of all sorts of recyclable resources, urging and controlling the service contractor to complete the tasks timely and effectively to ensure the service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
1、 建立并持续改善可回收物资的各项政策、规章、流程和指导书Establish and improve continuously all policy, regulation, procedure and instructions for related recyclable resource.
2、 一般可回收废弃物处理general recyclable waste disposal
3、 冲压边角料处理pressing scraps disposal
4、 报废零部件和整车处理scrapped components and vehicle disposal
5、 从技术层面筛选供应商，确保其能够胜任CJLR工作要求Select service contractors technically and ensure whom qualified for CJLR working tasks.
6、 管理、监督和指导供应商，确立其KPI，使其按照CJLR技术和安全要求完成相关工作任务，确保服务正常交付Manage, supervise and guide the fuel farm operation contractor to make them complete the tasks consistent with CJLR technical and safety specifications so as to ensure the proper service delivery
Requirements
1、 相关专业大专以上学历
Diploma or above in related major.
2、 杰出的理解力、沟通力、协调力和执行力
Outstanding comprehension, communication, coordination and performance skill
3、 工作热情，注重细节
Can-do Attitude and Focus on details
4、 很强的目标驱动力
Strong target-oriented force
5、 工作经验5年以上，有物资报废工作经验3年
At least 4 years’ working experience, 3 of which in resource disposal area
6、 至少2年以上服务类供应商管理经验
At least 2 years or above service supplier management experience
