该岗位向外包管理经理汇报，负责：
外包管理政策、规章、流程、作业指导书等服务外包管理体系的建设、完善和优化，对相关部门和服务商进行培训，确保服务外包体系流程合理设计并有效执行，同时负责进场服务的外包商的现场管理，如厂房、幕墙、绿化等项目的后期维护服务，敦促服务商按照公司要求及时有效地完成工作。
Reporting to Outsource Mgt. Manager, this role is mainly responsible for:
Establishing, completing and optimizing the outsource policy, guidelines, procedures and related working instructions for CJLR MFG, executing training to related departments and contractors so as to ensure the effective performance of the outsource system; as well, in charge of site management and coordination of service contractors, i.e building, curtain, landscape maintenance, urge the supplier to complete the tasks to ensure the timely delivery of service.
Main Responsibilities
1、 建立并持续改善与外包管理的各项政策、规章、流程和指导书Establish and improve continuously all policy, regulation, procedure and instructions for related outsource management.
2、 对相关部门进行服务外包管理方面的培训Execute training for related departments regarding outsource management
3、 工厂运营阶段各类后勤服务类项目的现场管理和协调，如绿化维护、幕墙保洁等Coordinate and manage all service programs during plant operation phase, such as landscape maintenance, curtain cleaning etc.
4、 从技术层面筛选供应商，确保其能够胜任CJLR工作要求Select service contractors technically and ensure whom qualified for CJLR working tasks.
5、 管理、监督和指导供应商，确立其KPI，使其按照CJLR技术和安全要求完成相关工作任务，确保服务正常交付Manage, supervise and guide the fuel farm operation contractor to make them complete the tasks consistent with CJLR technical and safety specifications so as to ensure the proper service delivery
Requirements
1、 工商管理或相关专业本科学历
Degree in Business Administration or related major.
2、 英文CET-6, 良好的书面和口语能力
CET-6, good English skill both in written and oral
3、 良好的沟通和协调能力
Good communication and coordination skill
4、 工作热情，注重细节
Can-do Attitude and Focus on details
5、 很强的目标驱动力
Strong target-oriented force
6、 有工厂运营或后勤服务类工作经验3年以上
At least 3 years’ experience in plant operation or administrative service
